Frontier Loan Group, Inc. (“FLG”) attended the 2015 Golden Future Expo in Culver City on Saturday, September 19, 2015 providing seniors with information on reverse mortgages.  Michael Gaddis, J.D., CEO and Broker of FLG, as well as Will Afzali and Monica Caraballo attended the event.  The Golden Future Expo is focused on providing a wide variety of information and services to the 50+ community.  Michael Gaddis, J.D. gave a presentation entitled “Myths and Misconceptions of Reverse Mortgages.”  While at the event FLG discovered that there is an enormous amount of false information about reverse mortgages.  It seemed that everyone knew someone that either has or had a reverse mortgage that went wrong.  However, Michael Gaddis, J.D. challenged the stories in an attempt to shed light on the truth surrounding what happened.  The truth is that reverse mortgages can be life changing to many seniors essentially giving these seniors the financial freedom and security that they did not previously have.  It is important to point out that reverse mortgages might not be the right solution for every senior.  More than any other loan product on the market, the need for a reverse mortgage is best performed on a case by case analysis.

In addition to being FLG’s broker and a reverse mortgage expert, Michael Gaddis, J.D. is also the radio host of “The Michael Gaddis Show” which airs on KCBQ AM1170 The Answer on Wednesdays at 8:00PM.  During his show Michael Gaddis, J.D. frequently discusses information related to reverse mortgages.  To listen to podcasts of “The Michael Gaddis Show” please visit:  http://am1170theanswer.com/pages/the-michael-gaddis-show.  Michael Gaddis, J.D. recently devoted an entire segment to reverse mortgage Myths and Misconceptions.
